Chan Kok Lik

Kok Lik covers investment and deal activities and has over 14 years of corporate and advisory experience in Singapore and Malaysia.

He was previously with PwC Singapore’s infrastructure team, advising global and regional clients on infrastructure PPP projects, tenders, M&A transactions and greenfield capital raising. Prior to that, Kok Lik was based in Malaysia with Big 4 accounting firms’ regional infrastructure advisory teams, and has also worked with a Malaysian industrial and education services business on various strategic and financial matters.

Kok Lik holds a BSc in Commerce (Finance and Management concentration) from the McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia, USA.
